Together with Tabea, we’ve created the perfect mix of strength, core, flow and performance. We’ll stay in a beautiful villa in Rethymno and train in an incredible outdoor gym and by the sea.

It began with workouts. Just a few people, some equipment, and the hope that we’d build something people wanted to be part of.

Fast forward 1.5 years, and almost 50 people joined us for our @esncom workout last week.

Somewhere between those first sessions and today, MaxOut became more than just training. It became a community.

And that’s something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for being part of our journey. 💚
